How do I borrow an Ao Dai?
Simple and stress-free:
Book an appointment to view our Ao Dai collection in our showroom.
Choose your favourite styles, and we’ll reserve them for your event.
Collect your outfit 1–2 days before your event and return it 1–2 days after.
Late returns incur a $20 per day, per garment fee, so punctuality is appreciated!
Can I try the Ao Dai before hiring?
Yes—appointments are strongly recommended. This way, you can try different sizes and styles, and get personalised guidance during selection.
When can I visit, and do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so we can give you our full attention.
Where are you located?
Our showroom is in Chadstone, VIC 3148.
We also offer pick-up and drop-off at Noble Park North—just let us know what suits you best.
Is a security bond required bond?
Yes. A bond is required and depends on the number of garments hired.
It’s refunded within 7 days of return and cleaning, provided everything comes back in good condition. Any damage may result in cleaning or repair deductions.
Do I need to clean the Ao Dai before returning it?
No need—we’ll take care of the dry cleaning.
Just return it as-is. If there are any obvious marks or spills, a quick wipe with a damp cloth before returning is appreciated.
Can you deliver my outfit?
In-person collection is preferred to ensure proper fit and care, but delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee. Get in touch to discuss options.
What happens if my event is cancelled?
Plans change—we get it.
You’ll receive store credit valid for 24 months, or you can request a refund (minus a restocking fee).
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Just let us know as soon as possible.
Late cancellations (same-day) may incur a small fee before rescheduling.
